MORAVIAN DONATES OVER $2,000 FROM COACHES VS. CANCER NIGHT
BETHLEHEM, PA --- The Moravian College men's and women's basketball teams hosted a Coaches
Vs. Cancer night on Wednesday, January 23rd and the Greyhounds have donated the proceeds,
$2,137.50, from that evening to the American Cancer Society.
Proceeds came in the forms of ticket and program sales, concessions, raffles and the three-point
attack. Moravian raffled off gift certificates to Starters Pub of Bethlehem, Pott's
Doggie Shop of Bethlehem and Papa John's Pizza of the Lehigh Valley. Moravian also
raffled off four lift tickets to Camelback Ski Resort and a pair of autographed basketballs
from the each of the Moravian basketball teams. The three-point attack took pledges
for each three-pointer made by the Greyhounds during the two games.
