MORAVIAN VOLLEYBALL RANKED FOURTH IN REGION
INDIANAPOLIS, IN --- The Moravian College women’s volleyball team moved up one
spot to fourth in the Mid-Atlantic Region in the most recent 2002 NCAA Division III Regional
Rankings.
The Greyhounds, who are 15-6 on the season, are behind Juniata College, King’s
College, and Eastern University. Two of Moravian’s six losses this fall are to Eastern
and the Greyhounds have also lost matches to Juniata and King’s. The Hounds are the
only NCAA Division III team in the region to defeat Franklin & Marshall College, the
fifth team in the region, this season.
The Greyhounds will return to action on Friday and Saturday, October 18th and 19th at
the McDaniel College Tournament.
