MORAVIAN WOMEN’S SOCCER RANKED 6TH IN MID-ATLANTIC REGION

INDIANAPOLIS, IN --- The Moravian College women’s soccer team has moved up to sixth
in the Mid-Atlantic Region in the second NCAA Division III Women’s Soccer Regional
Poll released Wednesday.
The rankings are based on in-region records through October 20th. The University of Scranton
holds down the top in the Mid-Atlantic region, followed by The College of New Jersey, Richard
Stockton College of New Jersey, Messiah College, Muhlenberg College, Moravian, Gettysburg
College, Eastern University and Rutgers University-Camden.
The Greyhounds, who had a regional record of 8-1-2, are 8-2-3 overall and will play Elizabethtown
College on Thursday, October 23rd in a Commonwealth Conference match at 3:30 p.m. The Greyhounds
can clinch a berth in the postseason with a victory. Moravian is scheduled to play Muhlenberg
on October 27th at 3:30 p.m. in Bethlehem.
