MORAVIAN WOMEN’S SOCCER REMAINS 7TH IN MID-ATLANTIC REGION
IN NCAA RANKINGS
INDIANAPOLIS, IN --- The Moravian College women’s soccer team remained seventh
in the Mid-Atlantic Region in the fourth and final NCAA Division III Women’s Soccer
Regional Poll released Wednesday.
The rankings are based on in-region records through November 2nd. The University of Scranton
holds down the top in the Mid-Atlantic region, followed by Messiah College, The College
of New Jersey, Eastern University, Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, Muhlenberg College,
Moravian, Gettysburg College and Montclair State (NJ) University.
The Greyhounds, who had a regional record of 10-2-3, are 10-3-4 overall and are awaiting
the announcement of the 2003 Eastern College Athletic Conference Mid-Atlantic Championship
field that will be released on Monday, November 10th.
