MORAVIAN SOPHOMORE JESS CORDANI RANKED IN NCAA WOMEN’S LACROSSE STATS

INDIANAPOLIS, IN --- Sophomore midfielder Jess Cordani (Point Pleasant, NJ/Point Pleasant Boro HS) of the Moravian College women’s lacrosse team is first in the country in caused turnovers in the ninth NCAA Division III statistics ranking of the season released Wednesday.

Cordani, who was named to the All-Middle Atlantic Conference Second Team, is first in caused turnovers with an average of 5.5 caused turnovers per match. The Greyhounds are ranked 10th as a team in caused turnovers with an average of 14.29 per contest.

Moravian finished its 2004 season with an overall record of 2-12 and a 1-9 slate in Middle Atlantic Conference action.
