MORAVIAN’S STEPHANIE SEAMAN NAMED TO MAC WEEKLY HONOR ROLL

ANNVILLE, PA --- Sophomore forward Stephanie Seaman (Bethlehem, PA/Bethlehem Catholic HS) of the Moravian College women’s basketball team has been named to the Middle Atlantic Corporation Weekly Honor Roll for her performance last week.

Seaman led the Greyhounds to a 3-0 record last week including a 2-0 mark to open the Commonwealth Conference season. Seaman had a pair of double-doubles to start the week with 15 points and 11 rebounds in the Greyhounds’ 80-64 victory over Widener University and 17 points and 11 rebounds in Moravian’s 76-50 win at Ursinus College. Seaman finished off the week with a career high 14 rebounds and eight points in the Greyhounds’ 61-53 victory over Susquehanna University. In the game against Susquehanna, Seaman added two of Moravian’s NCAA record 35 of 35 free throw performance. During the week, Seaman had eight assists and six steals while committing just six turnovers.

Moravian is now 4-2 overall and 2-0 in the Commonwealth Conference. The Greyhounds will play their final game before the semester break on Tuesday, December 9th in a non-conference game at Drew University at 6:00 p.m.
