MORAVIAN’S JEN BEHAGG & WOMEN’S BASKETBALL TEAM RANKED IN
3RD NCAA STATISTICS RELEASE OF 2005

INDIANAPOLIS, IN --- The Moravian College women’s basketball team has one player ranked in the third NCAA III Division women’s basketball statistical ranking released Wednesday while the Greyhounds are ranked in three team categories. The statistics include games through January 16th.

Senior guard Jen Behagg (Hamburg, NJ/Pope John XXIII HS) is 37th in the nation in assists per game with an average of 4.8. The Greyhounds are 30th in the nation in scoring average at 72.6 points per game, 31st in the country in won-lost percentage at 85.7 percent and 50th in rebounding margin at 6.2.

The Greyhounds are 13-2 on the season and 5-0 in Commonwealth Conference action. Moravian will return to action on Saturday, January 22nd when the team travels to Messiah College in a Commonwealth Conference game tipping off at 6:00 p.m. in Grantham. Messiah is ranked #1 in the nation this week in the Women’s Basketball Coaches of America Division III Top 25 Poll and #2 in the country in the D3hoops.com Top 25 Poll.
