GREYHOUNDS RANKED SIXTH IN SECOND NCAA DIVISION III REGIONAL RANKING OF 2004-05 SEASON

INDIANAPOLIS, IN --- The Moravian College women’s basketball team has ranked sixth in the Mid-Atlantic Region in the second NCAA Division III Regional Rankings released Wednesday.

The Greyhounds, who are 17-3 overall and 8-1 in Commonwealth Conference action, are 16-3 in regional action, the main basis for the rankings. Moravian has played several regionally ranked teams this season, falling to #1 University of Scranton, 77-58. The Greyhounds did defeat #5 McDaniel College, 66-51. Moravian still has two games to play this season with #4 Messiah College, February 12th in Bethlehem and February 17th in Grantham.

The Greyhounds will return to action on Wednesday, February 9th in a Commonwealth Conference game at Lebanon Valley College tipping off at 6:00 p.m. in Annville.
