MORAVIAN’S BROWN & TUSSEY TO COMPETE AT NCAA DIVISION III
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD CHAMPIONSHIPS

NORTHFIELD, MN --- Moravian College sophomore jumper Ozzie Brown (Plymouth Meeting, PA/Plymouth Whitemarsh HS) and sophomore hurdler Nathaniel Tussey (Perkiomenville, PA/Boyertown HS) will compete in events at the 2006 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships hosted by the St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota on Friday and Saturday, March 10th and 11th.

Brown, who has the tenth best qualifying distance of 7.12 meters (23 feet, 4 ½ inches), will compete on Friday at 10:30 a.m. central time. Brown is making his first trip to the National Championships.

Tussey is also making his first trip to the NCAA Championships and heads into the 55-meter hurdle preliminaries tied for the 10th best time in the nation this winter, 7.73 seconds. Tussey’s preliminary race is on Friday at 6:20 p.m. central time with the top eight competitors advancing to Saturday’s championship race at 4:55 p.m. central time.
