MORAVIAN’S ZACH ZSILAVECZ NAMED TO MASCAC WEEKLY HONOR ROLL

ANNVILLE, PA --- Senior forward Zach Zsilavecz (Bethlehem, PA/Liberty HS) of the Moravian College men’s basketball team has been named to the Middle Atlantic States Collegiate Athletic Corporation Weekly Honor Roll for his performance last week.

Zsilavecz helped Moravian to a 1-1 record in the team’s final week of the season while averaging 14.5 points per game. Zsilavecz had 11 points, three rebounds and an assist in a 64-60 loss to Widener University. He finished his collegiate career with 18 points, two assists and two steals in a 74-70 upset of Elizabethtown College. For the week, Zsilavecz shot ten of 19 from the floor (53.6 percent) with one three-pointer and eight of nine (88.9 percent) at the foul line.

Moravian has completed its 2005-06 season with a 9-16 overall record and a 4-10 slate in Commonwealth Conference action.
