MORAVIAN’S SAVANNAH BAYER & JACQUI
GRANDE RANKED IN NCAA FIELD HOCKEY STATISTICS
INDIANAPOLIS,
IN --- Moravian College junior forward Savannah Bayer (Newton,
NJ/Newton HS), pictured at right, and junior defender Jacqui
Grande (Washington, NJ/Warren Hills Regional HS) are ranked
in the latest NCAA Division III Field Hockey statistics released
Wednesday.
Bayer
and Grande, pictured at left, are tied for ninth
in the country on penalty strokes at 1.0. Bayer
is one-for-three on penalty stroke opportunities while Grande
was one-for-one before this week’s competition started.
The Greyhounds, 2-10 overall, will return to action on Saturday,
October 7th in a Commonwealth Conference match at nationally-ranked
Messiah College beginning at 1:00 p.m.
