MORAVIAN’S NEDEROSTEK NAMED COMMONWEALTH CONFERENCE MEN’S SOCCER GOALIE OF THE WEEK

ANNVILLE, PA --- Sophomore goalie Chris Nederostek (Lansdale, PA/Christopher Dock HS) of the Moravian College men’s soccer team has been named the Commonwealth Conference Men’s Soccer Goalie of the Week for his performance last week.

Nederostek helped the Greyhounds to a 1-1 record last week including a 1-0 upset win at Elizabethtown College in Commonwealth Conference action. Nederostek began the week with seven saves in a 1-0 overtime loss at Alvernia College. He then posted eight saves for his first career shutout as Moravian defeated the Blue Jays.

The Greyhounds will return to action on Wednesday, October 11th in a non-conference match at Lincoln (PA) University beginning at 3:30 p.m.
