MORAVIAN MEN’S LACROSSE TEAM & SENIOR T.J. HIRSCH RANKED IN FIRST NCAA STATISTICS RELEASE OF 2007

INDIANAPOLIS, IN --- The Moravian College men’s lacrosse team is ranked in one team category and one player in ranked in the first 2007 NCAA III Division men’s lacrosse statistical ranking released Tuesday.

Senior midfielder T.J. Hirsch (Putnum Valley, NY/Walter Panas HS), pictured at right, is currently ranked 24th in the nation in face-off winning percentage having won 62.2 percent (51 of 82) face-offs this season.

The Greyhounds are 34th in face-off winning percentage at 55.6 percent (55 of 99).

Moravian is 0-4 on the season and is scheduled to return to action on Wednesday, March 21st in a non-conference home match versus rival Muhlenberg College beginning at 3:30 p.m. at Rocco Calvo Field.
