SENIOR ERICA SPATZ & MORAVIAN TEAM RANKED IN NCAA DIVISION III WOMEN’S LACROSSE STATISTICS

INDIANAPOLIS, IN --- Senior midfielder Erica Spatz (Pennsauken, NJ/Pennsauken HS) and the Moravian College women’s lacrosse team are ranked in the first NCAA Division III statistics release of the 2008 season including games through March 16th.

Spatz is tied for 15th in the nation with 5.0 ground balls per match.  She has 15 ground balls in three contests this season.

Moravian is ranked 22nd in ground balls per game at 25.25 and 31st in caused turnovers with 11.5 per match.

The Greyhounds, who are 3-2 on the season, are scheduled to return to action on Thursday, March 20th in a non-conference match at Arcadia University beginning at 4:00 p.m.
