MORAVIAN’S ROBERT DEVINE NAMED TO LANDMARK MEN’S LACROSSE ALL-CONFERENCE SECOND TEAM

MADISON, N.J. --- Freshman midfielder Robert Devine (Mountain Lakes, NJ/Mountain Lakes HS) of the Moravian College men’s lacrosse team has been named to the 2008 Landmark All-Conference Second Team as released by the conference office.

Moravian posted a 4-12 record this spring, and the Greyhounds were 0-6 in the inaugural Landmark Conference season.

Devine contributed 24 goals and 12 assists for 36 points in his debut season, all second on the squad.  He led Moravian with 88 ground balls while winning 106 of 242 face-offs for the Greyhounds, taking two-thirds of the team’s face-offs.  Devine also had a pair of man-up goals this season while missing one contest due to an injury.
