SENIOR RYAN MILLER, MORAVIAN TEAM RANKED IN NCAA DIVISION III MEN’S BASKETBALL STATISTICS

INDIANAPOLIS, IN --- Senior guard Ryan Miller (Easton, PA/Easton HS) and the Moravian College men’s basketball team are ranked in free throw percentage in the first NCAA Division III statistics release of the 2007-08 season.

Miller is tied with eight other players for first in the nation in free throw percentage at a perfect 100.0 percent for the season.  Miller is 18 of 18 at the line in seven games.

Moravian is ranked 29th in free throw percentage this season at 75.3 percent, making 171 of 227 free throw attempts.

The Greyhounds, who are 7-2 overall and 1-0 in Landmark Conference action, will put their six-game winning streak back on the court on Thursday, January 3rd, 2008 in a non-conference game versus Muhlenberg College tipping off in Johnston Hall at 7:00 p.m.  Moravian’s six-game winning streak is the longest since the 1996-97 season.
