FIVE MORAVIAN FOOTBALL PLAYERS RANKED IN LATEST NCAA DIVISION III STATISTICS

INDIANAPOLIS, IN --- The Moravian College football team has five student-athletes ranked in the seventh NCAA Division III statistical rankings of 2008 through games of October 19th, and the Greyhounds are ranked in the top 50 in two team categories.

Senior running back Tyler McCambridge (Northampton, PA/Allentown Central Catholic HS) is 37th in rushing with 110.57 yards per game, tied for 55th in scoring at 8.57 points per contest and 20th in all-purpose yardage at 167.43 yards per game.

Senior kicker Brian Reckenbeil (Branchburg, NJ/Somerville HS) is fourth in the country in field goals per game at 1.57, and he is tied for 83rd in points per game at 7.71 while senior punter Michael Voskian (Brielle, NJ/Manasquan HS) is 49th in punting at 38.33 yards per punt. 

Senior defensive lineman Doug Bocchino (Madison, NJ/Madison HS) is tied for 49th in sacks with 0.79 per game while senior quarterback Marc Braxmeier (Center Valley, PA/Allentown Central Catholic HS) is 96th in passing efficiency with a 121.92 rating. 

Moravian is 28th in the nation in rushing offense at 216.29 yards per game, and the team is 17th in turnover margin at +1.43 per game. 

The Greyhounds will return to action on Saturday, October 25th in a Centennial Conference game at Juniata College with kickoff slated for 1:00 p.m. in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania for Moravian’s final road game of the 2008 season.
