MORAVIAN’S JAMI FEIN HONORED AS LANDMARK CONFERENCE WOMEN’S TENNIS PLAYER OF THE WEEK

MADISON, NJ --- Freshman Jami Fein (Blue Bell, PA/Wissahickon HS) of the Moravian College women’s tennis team has been honored as the Landmark Conference Women’s Tennis Player of the Week for her performance last week.

Fein recorded a singles and a doubles win in the Greyhounds only contest last week, a 5-4 loss at undefeated Wilkes University.  Fein and senior Dyana Swan (Branchburg, NJ/Somerville HS) had an 8-6 win at first doubles, and Fein recorded a 6-0, 6-1 at first singles, which briefly tied the match at 2-2.

Moravian, which is 4-4 on the season, will return to action on Saturday, March 21st as the Greyhounds begin their 2009 Landmark Conference season with a home match versus The Catholic University of America starting at 1:00 p.m. at Hoffman Courts in Bethlehem.
