MORAVIAN’S CHRISTOPHER DANNI NAMED LANDMARK CONFERENCE MEN’S LACROSSE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

MADISON, NJ --- Senior attack Christopher Danni (Macungie, PA/Emmaus HS) of the Moravian College men’s lacrosse team has been named the Landmark Conference Men’s Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week for his performance last week.

Danni had a big offensive week as Moravian went 1-1 in two games. He scored the game-winning goal, one of his five in the game, as the Greyhounds knocked off rival DeSales University, 13-11. Danni then scored four of his team’s seven goals in a Landmark Conference loss to Drew University, 10-7. For the week, he scored nine goals on 13 shots, and added two assists and two ground balls.

Moravian will return to action on Wednesday, March 25th in a non-conference match versus Immaculata University beginning at 4:00 p.m. at Rocco Calvo Field.
