MORAVIAN’S NATHANIEL TUSSEY HONORED AS LANDMARK CONFERENCE MEN’S TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

MADISON, NJ --- Senior hurdler/sprinter Nathaniel Tussey (Perkiomenville, PA/Boyertown HS) of the Moravian College men’s outdoor track & field team has been named the Landmark Conference Men’s Track Athlete of the Week for his performance last week.

Tussey led Moravian to a third place finish at the Lafayette College 8-Way meet hosted at Moravian.  He won the 110-meter high hurdles in an NCAA Division III provisional and ECAC qualifying time of 14.49 seconds, and the 400-meter hurdles in an ECAC qualifying time of 54.33 seconds. Tussey was third in the 400-meter dash in an ECAC qualifying time of 49.98 seconds.

Moravian will return to action on Saturday, April 4th at the Muhlenberg College Invitational at Scotty Wood Stadium in Allentown beginning at 10:00 a.m.
