MORAVIAN’S ARIELLE CALDAS RANKED IN NCAA WOMEN’S SOCCER STATISTICS

INDIANAPOLIS, IN --- Moravian College sophomore forward Arielle Caldas (Cherry Hills, NJ/Cherry Hills West HS) is ranked in the eighth NCAA Division III women’s soccer statistics release of the 2009 season.

Caldas is 79th in the nation in points per game with an average of 1.92, and she 66th in goals per contest at 0.846.  Caldas, who netted a pair of hat tricks earlier this fall, has 11 goals and three assists for 25 points in 13 matches this season.

The Greyhounds, who are 8-7-2 on the season, have finished their 2009 regular season.  Moravian is awaiting the announcement of the 2009 ECAC South Championship Tournament field on Monday, November 9th.
