MORAVIAN’S RACHEL BECK HONORED AS LANDMARK CONFERENCE WOMEN’S TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

MADISON, NJ --- Senior sprinter Rachel Beck (Churchville, PA/Council Rock South) of the Moravian College women’s outdoor track & field team has been named the Landmark Conference Women’s Track Athlete of the Week for her performance last week.

Beck started her outdoor season in strong fashion at the Moravian Coach P Open.  She won the 100, running a Landmark-best time of 13.01 and then was third in the 200 in a Landmark-best time of 26.86.  She also was a member of the winning 4x100 relay team for the Greyhounds which completed a time of 49.48.

Moravian is scheduled to return to action on Friday, April 16th when they are set to host the Greyhound Invitational right here in Bethlehem, PA.
