THREE GREYHOUNDS RANKED IN NCAA DIVISION III WOMEN’S LACROSSE STATISTICS

INDIANAPOLIS, IN --- Three members of the Moravian College women’s lacrosse are  ranked in the fifth NCAA Division III statistics release of the 2010 season including games through April 18th.

Senior goalie Courtney Rosenberg (Cape May, NJ/Lower Cape May Regional HS), pictured at right, is 12th in the nation in saves per game at 13.0.  Rosenberg is also 18th in saves with 141 and 70th in save percentage at .467.  She has posted 141 saves in 12 matches this season.

Senior midfielder Katie Wise (Ardsley, PA/Abington), pictured at left, is tied for 55th in the nation in ground balls per game with 3.73 this season.

Junior midfielder Sarah Carman (Perkasie, PA/Pennridge HS), pictured at bottom right, is tied for 99th in the nation with an average of 3.0 draw controls per game.

The Greyhounds, who are 4-8 on the season, are scheduled to return to action on Thursday, April 22nd in a non-conference match vs. Gwynedd-Mercy beginning at 4:00 p.m.
