MORAVIAN’S KEVIN HOLZE HONORED LANDMARK CONFERENCE MEN’S TENNIS PLAYER OF THE WEEK

MADISON, N.J. --- Junior Kevin Holze (Bayside, NY/St. Francis Prep HS) of the Moravian College men’s tennis team has been named the Landmark Conference Men’s Tennis Player of the Week for his performance last week.

Holze, who wins the honor for the second time this season, helped Moravian to a 2-0 record last week with an undefeated week.  Holze won a pair of matches at first singles in a three-set match over rival Muhlenberg College.  He also partnered with junior Drew Shreter (Moorestown, NJ/Moorestown HS) for a pair of wins at second doubles.  Holze has also moved into fifth in school history with 38 career singles wins.

The Greyhounds, 6-3 overall and 3-1 in Landmark Conference play, are scheduled to return to action on Tuesday, April 13th when the squad hosts The University of Scranton in a Landmark Conference match beginning at 3:30 p.m. match at DeSales University.
