MILLER NAMED TO NSCAA/ADIDAS ALL-MID-ATLANTIC SQUAD

BETHLEHEM, PA --- Senior forward Carli Miller (Wyomissing/Wilson West Lawn HS) of the Moravian College women’s soccer team has been named to the 1999 National Soccer Coaches Association of America All-Mid-Atlantic Soccer Teams Sponsored by Adidas.

It is the fourth consecutive season that Miller has been named to the NSCAA/Adidas All-Mid-Atlantic Team. She has been on the second team the last three years after making the third team as a freshman. Moravian finished the 1999 season with a 12-5 overall record this fall and was third in the MAC Commonwealth Conference.

Miller, who was also named to the MAC Commonwealth Conference All-Star First Team, was the Lady Greyhounds scoring leader again this season with 15 goals and five assists for 35 points. Miller, the all-time leading scorer in Moravian history, male or female, netted 59 goals and added 24 assists for a total of 142 points in four years as a Lady Greyhounds to become the only player in school history to score over 100 career points.
