JOB POSTING: Director of Seminary Enrollment

The Director of Seminary Enrollment is responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing plans to meet strategic enrollment goals.

This position is full-time, 12 months, and eligible for full benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS: Experienced and comfortable talking with people about their sense of call or vocation and able to engage respectfully with people from diverse contexts and theological traditions. Able to work with sensitive information and maintain strict confidence. Possesses strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills as well as superior interpersonal skills. Some travel will be required as well as willingness to work a non-standard workday. Supports the mission of Moravian College and of Moravian Theological Seminary. Able to work with spreadsheets and databases, learn new technologies, and analyze and report on complex data. Ordination is desirable, but not required. A master’s degree is preferable (bachelor’s is minimum), as well as three years related experience in an appropriate field.
