Kimberly Leamon, a senior voice major at Moravian College, has been accepted into two prestigious and highly selective voice programs. She is one of 10 sopranos out of 250 applicants to be accepted into the CoOPERAtive Program at Westminster Choir College in Princeton, New Jersey, and in August, Leamon will be attending the Milnes VOICES Studio summer music program, part of the Savannah VOICE Festival. Here, Leamon talks about her Moravian College experience, her interests off stage, and her goals.

At the December 3, 2016 Moravian College Christmas Vespers, 9-year-old Pippa Grigsby, the daughter of Moravian College President Bryon Grigsby ’90, sang the solo in the traditional Vespers hymn Morning Star. This was the first time in the history of the college that a president’s daughter sang the Morning Star solo. We spoke with Pippa by phone about her performance.
