Moravian College announces new food vendor for Moravian Book Shop

Randevoo will open in the space adjacent to Lost Tavern Brewing

Bethlehem, PA, February 25, 2020: Today, Moravian College announced that it has come to an agreement with Zach Umstead, owner of the Randevoo Food Truck, to open his first brick and mortar location in the Moravian Book Shop, which is owned and operated by the college. Randevoo will operate in the space previously occupied by Dave’s Deli & Gelato, adjacent to Lost Tavern Brewing.

“We’ve heard a lot of great things about Randevoo and their interesting menu items from people all over the Lehigh Valley,” said Bryon Grigsby, president of Moravian College. “Everyone at Lost Tavern Brewing is very excited to work together with Zach and his team to provide an amazing experience for the guests of both businesses.”

An opening date for Randevoo has not been set yet while Umstead develops the menu for the new business.  Umstead plans to work closely with Lost Tavern Brewing on promoting menu items that compliment their craft beer offerings and can be prepared in the existing kitchen facilities.

“I am thrilled to be opening my own spot in the Moravian Book Shop and working with the guys at Lost Tavern Brewing too,” said Zach Umstead. “We’ve worked together over the last couple of years quite a bit, and I’m looking forward to seeing what we can provide to the Book Shop visitors working together.”

The Moravian Book Shop is located at 428 Main Street, Bethlehem, PA.
