It’s the week after Thanksgiving break and you’re still trying to pull yourself out of your food-induced coma. That last small shred of motivation is harder to find than Waldo in a Candy Cane factory. The signs are classic: throbbing headaches, puffy, bloodshot eyes, sweatpants every day-would it even be possible to get a caffeine IV drip?

You’re faced with the End-of-the-Semester Slump. Every college student goes through it, especially with the holidays right around the corner and all you want to do is go Christmas shopping and sleep. But alas, classes beckon and your GPA depends on that final paper or project. But luckily for you, here are a few tips on how to beat it!

My freshman year of college was spent very far from home at a university that was not welcoming, nor challenging, to new students, and I hated every second of my time there. I transferred to Moravian my sophomore year and fell in love. No, not with a man, but with the college, with my classes, and with myself.

Being at college can be difficult, and not just because of homework and exams. Staying healthy and living a green lifestyle can be challenging when there are French fries, soda, and delicious mozzarella sticks constantly surrounding you. To top it off, your dorm may not have different recycling cans for paper and glass bottles readily available, and it becomes very easy to throw water bottles anywhere besides the actual garbage. However, if you follow these 5 easy tips, staying green at college can be a cinch.

But as with any emerging influence in the scholastic pursuits, there is some controversy over the influx of tech into the classroom. Some classes are incorporating technology into assignments and integrating it into the syllabus, while others still require all electronic devices to be put away as class begins. Here are 5 reasons why this love-hate relationship with technology in the classroom is likely to turn to nothing but love.

For nearly three weeks this past May, I was fortunate enough to call Europe home. I saw some of the world’s most beautiful and historic sites with a group of fellow Moravian College students through Dr. Lalande’s May Term trip to Venice, Salzburg, Munich, Paris and Berlin. The steps of the Santa Maria della Salute in Venice, the Salzburger Dom’s courtyard, and the streets of Paris and Berlin became our classrooms as we learned about the distinct architecture and rich history of the buildings around us.
