LVAIC Conference on Sustainability Opportunities

Moravian College will co-host a conference on sustainability opportunities for campuses, in cooperation with other LVAIC institutions, at De Sales University this Friday, February 20. Sponsored by the LVAIC Sustainable Campuses Committee, the event is open to faculty, staff, and students.

Highlights include:

  • Keynote address: "The Business Case for Sustainability in Higher Education," by John Cusack, executive director, New Jersey Higher Education Partnership for Sustainability
  • Workshops on organic farming, energy conservation, green dining, alternate transportation, more
  • Student poster session
  • Green vendor expo
  • Free continental breakfast and lunch
