Did You Know?

It's easy to stay fit while having fun with fitness sessions organized by the Wellness Committee.
Here’s what’s happening:

Jazzercise on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4 to 4:45 in the dance studio. Drop-in rate is $5.
Zumba on Mondays from 5 to 6 p.m. in Johnston Hall exercise room. Drop-in rate is $5.
Yoga on Mondays from 12 noon to 1 p.m. in the dance studio. Drop–in rate is $6. ($30 for six-week session.)
Cardio workouts on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:10 to 12:50 p.m. in the dance studio. Seven-week session.
