A Moravian Marriage

Alumni Making Headlines

Texas Tech Physicians of Lubbock recently announced the naming of the Dr. Bernhard T. Mittemeyer Urology Clinic at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC). Bernhard T. Mittemeyer, M.D.’52 is a professor in the Department of Urology at the TTUHSC School of Medicine. He previously served the institution in several positions, most recently as interim TTUHSC president. Prior to that, he served as the interim dean of the School of Medicine and as executive vice president and provost. To read more, click here.

Rebecca Moore '06, a member of the shadow-dancing troupe Catapult that includes three Lehigh Valley natives, nearly reached the finals of NBC’s “America’s Got Talent.” To read more, click here.

Beth Paly '08 has been named the co-head softball coach at Allentown Central Catholic High School. To read more, click here.

Beresford "Ozzie" Brown '10 has been named head assistant coach for men's and women's track & field at Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, N.J. Previously, Brown, a five-time USTFCCCA Track or Field Athlete of the Year and a two-time national champion as a student athlete at Moravian, served as an assistant for track & field at St. Lawrence University.
