Moravian College has announced it is making the submission of standardized test scores optional for students applying for undergraduate admission.
The 2019 edition of the conference will feature a full day of programming, including a plenary session hosted by Professor Elly Truitt of Bryn Mawr College titled “Demons and Divination: Artificial Intelligence before A.I.” and a world-class concert by Alba at Trinity Episcopal Church in downtown Bethlehem at 5:00 p.m.

Tanya Baynham with the Milton Hershey School in Hershey, Pa. said the average income for families with children attending the school is $18,000 per year. She said many students will be first in their generation to go to college. “If over 30 percent of students attending college now are first gen students, our colleges, now, have to be first gen ready,” said Baynham.
The primary objectives of the partnership between Moravian College and the Milton Hershey School are to bring MHS students to Moravian so that they may participate in the support programs offered to low-income, first-generation college students and provide opportunities for the leadership and staff of both MHS and Moravian to improve the graduation rate outcomes for those low-income, first generation college students.

Through a partnership with the Humane Society, Moravian College Dining has revamped recipes and elevated plant-based cuisine, to the delight of students, staff and faculty at the Pennsylvania college.

The Academy of Pediatric Physical Therapy is headquartered in Fairfax, VA and states their mission is to advance pediatric physical therapy through excellence in advocacy, education, and research.  The Academy bestows service awards, research awards, clinician awards and scholarships and grants each year after reviewing nominations submitted by members.
