The wedding of Maura Acox and Sean Darcy took place on Saturday, June 29, 2019, at the Church of the Precious Blood in Monmouth Beach, N.J. A reception followed at Windows on the Water, at Surfrider Beach Club, in Sea Bright, N.J. Phuong Huynh married Michael Symons ’10 on June 30, 2018. The wedding took place at their home in Coopersburg, Pa. Moravian grad Erik Wicklund ’10 was the best man and Matthew Deasy was a groomsman. Also in attendance was Caitlin Adolph Weider. The couple celebrated with a traditional Vietnamese ceremony as well as a western ceremony.
Alexandra Santoro graduated from the Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology program at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in July, 2018.
We are sad to report that Carol Ann Stoudt Scott passed away on August 3, 2018.

Gretchen Weaknecht Gerhart and her husband welcomed a son, Connor Liam Gerhart, on March 21, 2018. Connor is the grandson of Rev. Bruce Weaknecht ’81 Seminary.

Stephen Gross married Jacqueline Palochko on Septemeber 16, 2017, in Hellertown, Pa. Moravian grads in the wedding party included Jonathan Ritter, Josh Hinkle ’10, and John Strader. A number of other Greyhounds were also in attendance.
Michael McClarin has been hired to lead the football program at Catasauqua High School. Michael was most recently on the staff at Dieruff High School in Allentown, where he was in charge of the defensive line and special teams, and also assisted with the offensive line. He previously served as an assistant at Liberty High School, in Bethlehem, as well.

Elizabeth Python and Ryan Cummings ’10 are engaged to be married. They were engaged on November 24, 2017 and are planning a wedding for spring 2019. Elizabeth is thrilled to share the news with the alumni world.

Shawn Kaspern and Karen Bogda were married in Andover, New Jersey on September 30, 2016. The couple lives and works in New Jersey. Shawn is a Finance Manager for Gerber and Karen is a licensed counselor.
Lillian Shad has started her own e-commerce website, Lillian Maxwells Closet, after success with other sites.

Kelly Grab has accepted a Community College policy specialist position with the Texas Association of School Boards. She will be relocating to Austin and will assume her post beginning the end of June 2016.

Stephen Kahn writes: I received my Master of Health Administration from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana in 2014. I was commissioned into the Navy Medical Service Corps in November 2014. I will be getting married to Leah Heher of Santa Cruz, California in September 2016.
Kelly Grab, M.S. Ed has accepted a policy specialist position with the Texas Association of School Boards and will be working specifically with community colleges. She is relocating to Austin, Texas and will assume her post at the end of June.

James Drago writes: I graduated from the University of New Hampshire with an MBA in May, 2014. I was recently named one of the “Top 10 Young Professionals to Watch” in Seacoast New Hampshire, as voted on by leaders of networking organizations in the state. Currently I am working as a Portfolio Engineer for Liberty Mutual Insurance.
Wesley Germain of iCIMS in Matawan was one of two professionals to be awarded Jersey’s Best Marketing and Communications Professionals Under 40.

Rachel Stevens graduated in August, 2015 with a Masters in Nursing, earning her Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) degree. She has accepted a position working in Gainesville Area Emergency Department and Trauma Center and also at Locums Tenens in San Diego in the Emergency Department. She has also declared partial residency in Spain and is currently pursuing fluency in Spanish and Euskera for her position in Europe’s top rated hospital and trauma center, Clinica Universidad de Navarra.

Ryan Ulk has moved to Houston, Tex. And will be working as the electric & natural gas pricing manager for Just Energy. He will also be getting married to Michele Schrift on September 13, 2014.
David Lengyl is an elementary school teacher in the Whitehall-Coplay School District.

Lillian Shad married Enzio Goble in July of 2011. Their daughter, Laila, was born in December, 2012. Lillian is attending Fordham University School of Social Service to get her masters in Social Work and will graduate in 2016.
Megan Re has joined the Peace Corps. She will leave in June for 27 months in the Eastern Caribbean Islands. Megan will be teaching primary literacy education.

Rachel Kleiner received a Master’s in Archaeology and Ancient Israel Studies from Tel Aviv University in Tel Aviv, Israel. Rachel plans to seek employment through the Israel Antiquities Authority.

In August Grace Babcock will begin serving a year of service with AmeriCorps. She will be a volunteer with the Literacy Coalition of Williamson County where her work will entail teaching adult education classes, administering GED tests and acting as a community liaison. Grace and her boyfriend live in Austin, TX.

Kelly Grab received a M.S. Ed in Higher Education & Student Affairs from Indiana University. She was awarded Graduate Assistant of the Year from the National Residence Hall Association. Kelly recently accepted a position at Vassar College as Assistant Director for Student Conduct.

Robert Brown will be conducting Franz Joseph Haydn’s Trumpet Concerto in E-flat Major, first movement, in the next USC Symphony Orchestra concert.
Jennifer Mead has been accepted into the Ph.D. program in Immunology at the University of California, Davis. She is currently in the master’s program in molecular medicine at Drexel University in Philadelphia. She participated in two summer Soar projects and graduated with honors in biology while a student at Moravian.

This past September, Grace Babcock became a member of the Episcopal Service Corps where she is completing a year of service in San Francisco, CA. Her placement at Episcopal Community Services offers her the chance to aid homeless and low-income individuals in the city through a myriad of programs, including a shelter library. She resides with four others in an intentional community in Berkeley, CA.

Erika Lewis married Matthew Petercsak on July 22, 2011. The reception was held at Stroudsmoor Country Inn in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. They both live in Bushkill, Pennsylvania and currently work at resorts in their area.
Jason Ginther and Becky Kolacki '10 were married on September 3rd, 2011 in Patchogue, NY. They now reside in King of Prussia, PA. Jason is working as a software developer for Vanguard and Becky is working on her master's degree in library science at Drexel University.
