Recruiting & Internships

The Laurie Riley ’82 Center for Career Success partners with employers and community organizations to create meaningful internship, experiential learning, and recruiting opportunities for ALL Moravian students. We help students build real-world career readiness through our NACE-aligned competencies and nationally recognized Elevate digital badging program— equipping them with the skills employers value most. Through customized support, we connect partners with students via internships, career fairs, on-campus recruiting, and other engagement pathways. Our goal is mutual success: preparing students for life after graduation while helping organizations meet their talent and workforce development goals.

The Riley Center for Career Success can deliver:

  • Internships & Experiential Learning: Partner with us to offer internships, externships, and project-based experiences to give students hands-on application of classroom learning, and help your organization attract early talent while shaping future career pathways.
  • Recruiting & Talent Engagement: Connect with Moravian students through job and internship postings on Handshake, career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus interviews to build a pipeline of capable candidates for internships, part-time work, and full-time roles.
  • Strategic Partnership Opportunities: Work with our Employer Relations team to develop tailored engagement strategies, participate on our Employer Advisory Board, host events, and build a brand presence on campus that aligns with your workforce goals. Partners also benefit from students who have earned digital badges, demonstrating proven skill development and workplace readiness.

The Laurie Riley ’82 Center for Career Success is committed to building strategic relationships that prepare students for meaningful careers and support organizational talent goals. We look forward to exploring partnerships that create impactful, long-term experiences for both students and employers.
