The Tenacious Jenny Jimenez

When she decided to get her college degree, Jennifer Jimenez ’14 was a single mom of an 8-year-old daughter and a 6-year-old son and worked 50 or more hours a week at a demanding job that occasionally required travel. The decision didn’t come easily.

Joel Soto ’22 Awarded Fulbright Scholarship

Later this summer, Joel Soto ’22 will venture far from his Bethlehem home and job as an English teacher at Freedom High School when he embarks on a 10-month program in Colombia. Soto, who graduated with a degree in English and a certificate in secondary education last December, was awarded a prestigious Fulbright Scholarship.

Moravian University to celebrate its 280th commencement on Saturday, May 7, in Bethlehem

The 280th commencement ceremony will be the final event of the weekend to celebrate new Moravian University graduates, following Intercultural Graduation and Baccalaureate, both being held on Friday, May 6.

Moravian University announces Dr. Belinda Waller-Peterson as Associate Dean for Equity and Inclusion

Dr. Waller-Peterson will have the opportunity to raise awareness on the Moravian campus through her own research and scholarship and work with strategic partnerships across the institution, especially within academic departments and faculty colleagues, to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The St. Luke’s Psychiatric Associates office at Moravian will be staffed with two full-time psychotherapists, who will provide services to children and adults in the general community and work closely with the students.
