➠ Reeves Library now offers curb-side pickup for circulating books. Two ways to request items for pickup:
1. Email your requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Place a hold on an item directly through the library catalog.
You'll be notified when your book is ready to pick up. Pick-up days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
➠ Small Teaching Online: Applying Learning Science in Online Classes (2019) outlines practical and feasible applications of theoretical principles to help your students learn online using the concept of Small Teaching. Flower Darby is Senior Instructional Designer at Northern Arizona University. James M. Lang is Professor of English at Assumption College, and is also the bestselling author of Small Teaching: Everyday Lessons from the Science of Learning (2016).
➠ Reopening Archives, Libraries, and Museums (REALM) Information Hub: A COVID-19 Research Project: Reeves Library is planning it's reopening around the recommendations stemming from REALM's research on how long the COVID-19 virus survives on materials that are prevalent in libraries, archives, and museums.
➠ Grant funding from the Keystone Bank Foundation gave Reeves Library monies to build two modular glass study rooms. When the library reopens you will find these in the northeast corner of the main floor: See the photo gallery.
