Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972
20 U.S.C. § 1681
In compliance with the requirements of Title IX, Moravian University does not discriminate on the basis of sex and does not tolerate such harassment or discrimination by or against any member of our campus community. The University strives to provide a prompt, fair, and impartial process that balances the rights of the parties during what is often a difficult time for all those involved, and these values underlie our institutional Equal Opportunity, Harassment, and Non-Discrimination Policy. All members of the campus community are expected to adhere to this policy or risk facing disciplinary action, to and including separation from the institution.
Information about campus crime, state laws, and disclosures related to sexual violence, as well as PA statutes, can be found in Moravian University's Annual Security Report.
