We are committed to providing a workplace and educational environment, as well as other benefits, programs, and activities, that are free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972
20 U.S.C. § 1681
The University strives to provide a prompt, fair, and impartial civil rights process as outlined in our institutional Equal Opportunity, Harassment, and Non-Discrimination Policy. All members of the campus community are expected to adhere to this policy or risk facing disciplinary action, to and including separation from the institution.
Bias incidents may be reported to the University's Campus Climate Education Team (CCET) for access to support resources and resolution options. CCET makes referrals to Compliance, Training and Development for incidents that may require disciplinary action under the Equal Opportunity, Harassment, and Non-Discrimination Policy. Protected class harassment and/or discrimination may also be reported directly using the Equal Opportunity and Title IX Reporting Form or by contacting equalopportunity@moravian.edu.
Information about campus crime, state laws, and disclosures related to sexual violence, as well as PA statutes, can be found in Moravian University's Annual Security Report.
