Men's & Women's Swimming

Moravian University Men’s & Women’s Swimming is now in its 6th year of existence. We are excited to begin the season against our Landmark Conference opponents, culminating with the Landmark Conference Championships February 11-14, 2027 at Loyola University in Maryland. Guiding the team is Director of Swimming Matt Easterday in his fourth year and features a young squad with no seniors, while adding 7 newcomers to the program. The team is eager to continue growing and becoming more competitive in the Landmark Conference.

We look forward to continuing to make our mark in the conference and will look to build on last year’s success at the conference championships where we saw our men’s team have their highest finish in history with a 9th place showing and most points scored ever with 99.  Our women’s team also tied their highest finish with an 8th place showing and second most points ever with 122.  Both teams accomplished 18 new school records and had 88 new Top 10 swims in history throughout the season.  

In addition, both teams are extremely successful outside of the pool!  For the 2025-2026 school year our women’s team had a cumulative GPA of 3.48 and our men had a 3.35. Both teams were awarded the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America Team Scholar All-America award for both the Fall & Spring semesters!  The team is heavily involved in groups around campus, as well as competing on other varsity athletics programs. Our swimmers are enrolled in some of the most demanding majors and while they’re able to balance school and swimming, they are able to have an excellent overall college experience.

Your generous contributions will assist with the purchase of new gear and equipment, extra team attire, and more importantly help fund our annual training trip to Florida in January.
