Dining and Disabilities

Moravian University's Dining Services believes proper nutrition is the key to student success.  Dining Services has taken many steps to be allergy-friendly and inclusive, including labeling significant allergens, and has a wide variety of options in each dining facility (including gluten-free options). In many instances, the dining team can quickly assist with special needs.  

Occasionally, Dining Services cannot meet a student's medical need within regular service and may require additional medical documentation. We encourage students to self-advocate in managing their dietary conditions and schedule a meeting with the Executive Chef, Registered Dietitian, or General Manager.  

If the student continues to have concerns beyond what Dining Services can provide, please complete an Intake Form and review the documentation guidelines.
