We expect to receive our "Certificate of Occupancy" by August 28, which will allow us to be begin moving into the building during the first few weeks of the semester. Based on that timeline, we would be operational in the HUB upon returning from Fall Break. A "move-in" celebration will be planned!

We plan to use the time between receiving the Certificate of Occupancy and the conclusion of Fall Break for departments to move into the spaces as they become available to us from the contractor.
We anticipate sharing more information about this process after Spring Break.
Assuming timelines are met, we expect to be able to host events upon returning from Fall Break (October 8).
We do not yet have this answer. It will depend on the progress made over the next several months.
No changes to the viewing area are anticipated.
Unless the timeline significantly changes this spring, the first floor of PPHAC will remain primarily a meeting room space for the Fall 2025 semester (just as it has been this 24-25 academic year).
