Moravian student athletes are regularly recognized as top performers academically and athletically. Facility Highlights

John Makuvek Field

John Makuvek Field features new locker rooms, synthetic turf, lights for evening contests and practices, and a press box. The field is nestled in the center of the Main Street campus is the home to both the field hockey, lacrosse, and soccer teams, as well as a wide variety of intramural sports and other activities.

Rocco Calvo Field

Rocco Calvo Field was renovated in 2018 as Moravian replaced the existing synthetic surface with Shaw's Sport Turf. The field is home to Moravian’s football team and features updated locker rooms and HUDL cameras.

The Athletics and Recreation Center (ARC)

The ARC, which is composed of two main buildings—Johnston Hall and the Timothy Breidegam Field House, houses playing areas for varsity basketball and volleyball. Johnston Hall is the main campus athletics building, housing the varsity basketball court, a racquetball court, a classroom, a training room, a brand new golf simulator, and coaches' offices. Breidegam Field House includes a four-lane indoor track (with a new surface installed in 2019), jumping and vaulting areas, and expanded areas for a weight training room, and an equipment room.
