Moravian College Magazine - spring 2020

Greyhounds Around the Globe

While we regularly focus on the contributions the Moravians made in Bethlehem and Winston-Salem, their global reach is immense. Settlements can be found worldwide, and in those settlements, the Moravians focused on education, music, social reform, and preservation of culture. They created the first truly global and multi-ethnic Protestant church.

Today, our students and alumni continue this global outreach and are highlighted in this issue of Moravian College Magazine. You will meet alumni who work for Babbel, facilitate a Spanish immersion program, conduct research and development in bioprocessing, provide humanitarian aid in Armenia through the Peace Corps, and help college students navigate their own global experience abroad.
