Cindy Wise, Director of University Projects and Change Management, is an expert in leading high-impact projects and driving business transformation. With a focus on innovation and sustainable growth, she has led over 50 strategic initiatives, delivering measurable results in efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Cindy excels at leveraging data-driven insights to streamline operations, implement cutting-edge solutions, and navigate complex challenges. Her strategic approach to problem-solving and her ability to align cross-functional teams have enabled organizations to scale, optimize performance, and achieve long-term success.
Cindy’s impact spans across various industries and organizations. At Charles Schwab, she drove enterprise-wide projects, saving millions of dollars through operational improvements and enhancing business processes to reduce risk and boost efficiency. At Shift4, she was pivotal in establishing the project management office and leading major M&A efforts that fueled the company’s rapid expansion.
Cindy holds a BA and MBA from Moravian University, is certified in project management, and is currently pursuing her DBA at Temple University along with certification in Lean Six Sigma.
