Job Hazard Analysis

The university encourages all individuals to perform a job hazard analysis (JHA) for each of their workplaces and or job functions to identify, assess, and install the appropriate safety measures to eliminate hazards within their workplace using the JHA template.

When addressing hazards in the workplace, always use the Hierarchy of Safety Controls starting with elimination.
