Moravian University Night of Stars

Night of Stars

Get ready to party!

Enjoy dining and dancing to the music of Philadelphia Funk Authority as we celebrate alumni and corporate stars at the annual Moravian University Night of Stars on April 8th. The event recognizes alumni who have excelled in their careers or community work as well as corporations that partner with us or provide internships to students. All of the proceeds benefit student financial aid, making this a fun and a feel-good evening.

In addition to fine food and fun music, the event features an open bar, cigar patio, and a silent auction. “This is our most festive occasion for alumni,” says Julia Gasdaska ’07, director of major gifts. “My favorite part is seeing generations of Moravian University alumni come together and celebrate our mutual pride for our alma mater as well as our brightest alums and best friends in the Lehigh Valley community. Of course, I'm always happy anytime I get to dance with my fellow alumni colleagues Bertie Francis Knisely ’69, Pat Murray Hanna ’82 and Bob Gratz ’75.”

This year’s alumni stars include Donald M. Bellis ’78, Danielle M. Joseph ’02, Robert E. Kafafian ’77, Peter Z. Lega ’85, Borko Milosev ’04, James P. Orlando, Ed.D. ’96, and Elizabeth A. Python ’11. New this year, we recognize our corporate stars: Air Products, B. Braun Medical, East Penn Manufacturing Co., Historic Hotel Bethlehem, Just Born, Merck & Company, PenTeleData, St. Luke’s University Health Network, and Wells Fargo.

A Night of Stars welcomes guests with a cocktail reception beginning at 6 pm at the ArtsQuest Center at Steel Stacks in Bethlehem, PA. The deadline to RSVP is April 1. For more information and to register, click here.
