International Studies

Discover. Engage. Learn.

The Office of International Studies (OIS) assists Moravian College students who wish to incorporate an experience abroad into their education. Students majoring in any subject can go abroad for a May term, summer, semester, or for the year. OIS also assists international students who want to study abroad at Moravian College on an exchange. Students from abroad wishing to matriculate at Moravian as degree-seeking undergraduates should contact International Admissions.

Through OIS, students can participate in programs of varying length:

  • one semester (fall or spring)
  • a full academic year
  • Winter term
  • May term
  • spring break

Types of programs include:

  • semester exchange
  • short-term faculty-led
  • direct enroll at a foreign university
  • internship abroad
  • affiliate programs

OIS also works with faculty to develop short-term programs abroad and seek out professional development opportunities abroad.

Short- and long-term study abroad experiences (including summer travel courses) are available to degree candidates in good standing.
