Foy Hall is getting all new carpet and auditorium seating. The project will take place this May.
Rau Hassler will be connected to the underground chilled water loop. There will be minimal impact to the interior of the building, but Locust St. will be closed between the Fitness Center and Rau Hassler for a short time as we make the final connection in the street.
Renovations to the 4th & 5th floors of South Hall began this March and will proceed until the project is complete this summer. There is much to do to get the spaces usable again after nearly 20 years of being offline.
Spangenberg will get a minor facelift with new paint and lighting in the common corridors and new sinks in the apartment bathrooms.
The old Dance Studio in Breidegam Field House is being converted to an indoor Golf Simulation and Practice Center for the golf team.
Reeves Library is getting new rubber roofing on the three sections of flat roof.
New signage will be installed throughout campus with the new University branding.
