Joan DeLaurentis and Pearl Stein have enjoyed attending concerts of the Philadelphia Orchestra together for the past few years. It is a wonderful way to keep in touch and to remember their years at Moravian. She is also so grateful to have reached the age of 86.

August 2021

During the 1991-1992 school year, William Cornwell was an IBM Faculty Loan Instructor at Bacone College in Muskogee, Oklahoma. William took the early retirement option from IBM and then worked as an American Airlines travel reservations agent in Cary, North Carolina.

At this time when so many people have passed away from COVID, Pearl Stein is especially sad to report that Cornelia Schlotter was a victim. Corny was totally devoted to Moravian. She kept in touch with former classmates and teachers and was the organizer of mini reunions on Founder’s Day, Alumni Weekend, and Vespers that included Karen Johnson Berry and Harold Berry, Carmella Carrescia (of blessed memory), Helen Desh Woodbridge ’54, Beverly Bell ’56 (of blessed memory), Pearl, and Pearl’s sister Shirley.
